Dance, Music, & Song Camps
Steven Bluestein has been running sound for as long as he can remember, first learning right in the contra dance hall. Now training students in AV at Berklee School of Music, he has experience with live sound, recording, arranging, mixing, and mastering and holds a degree in music and sound engineering from Ithaca College.
In the folk world, he regularly mixes and designs audio at Ashokan, Pinewoods, and around the Boston area. Steven also plays every instrument he can get his hands on but specializes in woodwinds, performing with bands including the Pegasus Collective and the Second Floor. He’s always glad to get a chance to play a contra or English dance, jazz tune, klezmer song, or hour long free improv jam.
