Sue Hulsether is a dance caller, teaching artist, and musician from southern Wisconsin. Since 2003, she has traveled from coast to coast to lead dances in community centers, schools, barns, and dance halls, with dancers ranging from preschoolers to octogenarians. Guided by a passion for creating positive human connections through dance and music, Sue’s repertoire includes squares, contras, circle dances, singing games, traditional play parties, and longways sets. In November, 2020, Sue released Join Up Hands, a book of dances, teaching tips, and personal essays on the joy of dance.
